Privacy Policy

1.What this covers
This policy explains what SETLD collects when coaches and parents use the platform, how we use it, and who we share it with. SETLD is operated in the United States.
2.What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, and phone number.
Team details: team names, player names, and the dues or fundraiser amounts a coach sets up.
Payment records: who paid, how much, when, and which method (card, bank, Venmo, or Zelle). Card numbers and bank account numbers never touch SETLD. They are entered directly into Stripe’s secure form and stored by Stripe.
Donation details: donor name, email, and amount, and the player a donation is credited to if a share link includes one.
Technical data: the usual server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the service running and secure.
3.How we use it
To run the service: show coaches who has paid, show parents what they owe, send receipts and reminders, and pay coaches out through Stripe.
To support you: answer questions sent to hello@setld.team.
To keep SETLD safe: detect fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4.Who we share it with
Stripe processes every card and bank payment and receives the details needed to do that, including name, email, and amount. Stripe’s privacy policy governs its handling of that data.
Resend delivers our email, such as receipts and reminders, and receives the recipient address and message.
Supabase hosts our database and authentication.
Coaches see the names, contact details, and payment records for the families on their own teams. Parents see their own records.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect SETLD, our users, or the public.
5.Children
SETLD accounts are for adults. We do not create accounts for minors and do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13. Player names are entered by coaches and parents so that dues and donations can be matched to the right child. If you believe a child has given us information directly, email hello@setld.team and we will delete it.
6.Retention
We keep account and payment records for as long as the account is open and for up to seven years afterward, because payment records may be needed for tax, accounting, or dispute purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
7.Your choices
You can update your name, email, and phone in your account. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@setld.team. We will remove personal details that we are not required to keep, and anonymize the rest.
You can unsubscribe from reminder emails using the link in the message. Receipts and account notices are sent as part of the service.
8.Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Card and bank details are handled only by Stripe, which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
9.Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
